Six Senses offers many excursions and today at 3pm they were having an evacuation drill so we decided to evacuate, by taxi to an excursion destination called Dujiangyan. This is the site of ancient irrigation system which is 2000 years old and allowed farmers to irrigate the fields and crops with some simple but ingenious system. I did research online and people claim they actually no longer use this system, either way, I am was not that interested in an irrigation system but more so in taking pics. I am directed to West Street, which is the shopping street. (really bad shopping, lots of shoes, women winter coats, spice shops and a few Muslim/hillel grocery markets. Here are a few people i found interesting.
